7-day returns
If your review pad doesn't work, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
- Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 96823 59172 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Send proof of the problem, such as a photo or short video showing the QR code or NFC tap not opening your link.
- We check it and tell you how to send the pad back.
Returns are for pads that don't work. Please include your code number (printed on the pad) when you contact us.
Help changing your link, 24×7
You can change where your pad points at any time using your private edit key. If you've lost the key, or just want us to do it, message us with your code number. We help with link changes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, after confirming that you own the business.
Delivery
We deliver to every PIN code in India from Srinagar, usually within 2 days. Check your PIN code below, then message us on WhatsApp with your quantity and we'll confirm the delivery charges before you order.
